I love to support organizations to integrate the development of the organization with human development, an interdependence that is at the core of sustainability. How can the context of the organization and the mission serve as an arena for personal and collective human growth, and how can the inner growth of the individual and collective fuel the broader system through awareness, creative lifeforce, and adaptability?

I love to draw from a wide range of theories and practices in a straightforward way that both honors the actual complexity at hand and also the need for simplified useful strategies.

As an example, one aspect of complexity that is often overlooked in organizations is how our capacity and actions, to a substantial degree, stem from our thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations – our current inner state and the state of the group field we are part of. Cultivating the habit of intentionally noticing and regulating states is a vast untapped resource for individual and collective intelligence, motivation, and growth.
